Damanhur Inside Out

Former Damanhurians on the outside talk about life on the inside

The crossbow

leave a comment »

Is it true that someone was ready to pull the trigger of a loaded crossbow and fire it at another person during ‘Game of Life’ dynamics and the other person only escaped death because the crossbow jammed?

Yes, even though the story that is told in Damanhur is much more complicated…

During a meeting with Airaudi, where several people were present, Airaudi passed a loaded crossbow around members of the group. While the crossbow was handed around Airaudi asked if anyone would take on the responsibility of shooting another Damanhurian. In this way the energy produced would allow for a ‘separation of the planes of existence’* (or planes of reality). This energy would be useful for what Damanhur and the Damanhurians had to develop in the future.

One of the group decided to accept the responsibility and fired the crossbow at another person. According to the official version (the one told in Damanhur until recently), at that precise moment there was a separation of the planes. ..

On one plane the person who fired the crossbow killed the other person and was subsequently taken away by the police, who had in the meantime been advised of the incident.

On the other plane the person did not die because the crossbow jammed and consequently nothing untoward happened.

Obviously on this plane the crossbow jammed, thank goodness…
